As an old saying goes,Fortune favors fools, Mr Bean unexpectedly won the prize of travelling this time,which allows him fly from England to Urope for a vacation lasts one week.It happens to be the same time as Cannes Film Festival,At first Mr Bean plans to take photos freely with his new DV,however,he meets a famous Russia director,and was taken as the kidnapper who kidnapped his ten-year-old son--Stephen by mistake.Though Mr Bean and Stephen use different langues,they still had a happy time travelling to Paris,and to his surprise,Mr Bean find himseklf wanted all over the city when arrived the destination.
