【内容摘要】本文通过对地理信息系统概念的理解,几种软件的介绍,以及回顾了国内外地理信息系统地理信息系统的发展历程,提出了未来地理信息系统的发展趋势.随着地理信息技术的日臻成熟,为GIS在交通领域内的广泛应用创造了一定基础.在总结了GIS技术的特点后,将介绍GIS在交通领域中的应GIS-T,通过对GIS-T中关键技术的分析,对其应用中面临的实际问题作了一定研究,并提出了解决问题的方案.
