[摘要] 本篇论文抛砖引玉的分析与设计了由药品的进销存,门诊处方管理、医药费管理三个功能模块组成的医保管理系统.该管理系统采用PowerBuilder数据库应用开发工具开发,并在windows操作系统下运行工作.本文主要由两大部分组成：第一部分是医保管理系统的分析,第二部分是医保管理系统的设计.在医保管理系统的分析中对医保管理系统的特点、开发工具、运行环境及三个功能模块进行了阐述.在医保管理系统的设计中对系统设计的要求、目标与任务、总体结构设计、后台数据库设计、界面设计及三个功能功能模块设计进行了阐述.最后给出了该医保管理系统的部分运行界面.
