About the origin of the year,and a legend.According to legend in ancient time,our ancestors have suffered from one of the most ferocious beast threat.This beast is called "year",it hunt animals for food,mountains in winter,lack of food,still can break into villages,hunting and beast,not all people panic.And the "in" struggled for years,people find,in fear of three things,the red color,light and sound.So in winter people in ZiGuMen hang the red color of peach wood door in the fire pile,night don't sleep all night,knock renowned.This day night,the "year" broke into villages,meet every family is red and light and heard the sound of thundering,frighten run back to the mountains,dare not out.The night,people greet each other daoxi,everybody decorations,drinking banquet to celebrate the victory.
　　The Spring Festival in the Gregorian calendar date is not fixed,and not because our traditional calendar not science,but because our ancestors philosophy and westerners are different.Western philosophy emphasizes opposites,so Christian can only choose a monotheistic,its calendar is the only basis,Chinese philosophy emphasizes harmony,calm and harmony,ability thriress,so our calendar to pay equal attention to the sun and the moon.Both Chinese and western calendar of different reflects both Chinese and western philosophy is different,it is a cultural choice problem,a value problem,but does not exist which side more scientific problems.Due to western culture advantage,their calendar in the world scope universally used,in order to facilitate our government in business activity,it is appropriate to take Gregorian calendar.But,calendar cannot reflect our philosophy,and our traditional festival also couldn't be reflected in the Gregorian calendar.Therefore,the government also issued XiaLi to arrange daily life.Not only our country so,east neighbour South Korea also implement these two kinds of calendars.
　　关于年的由来,还有一个传说.相传在远古时候,我们的祖先曾遭受一种最凶猛的野兽的威胁.这种猛兽叫"年",它捕百兽为食,到了冬天,山中食物缺乏时,还会闯入村庄,猎食人和牲畜,百姓惶惶不可终日.人和"年"斗争了很多年,人们发现,年怕三种东西,红颜色、火光、响声.于是在冬天人们在自家门上挂上红颜色的桃木板,门口烧火堆,夜里通宵不睡,敲敲打打.这天夜里,"年"闯进村庄,见到家家有红色和火光,听见震天的响声,吓得跑回深山,再也不敢出来.夜过去了,人们互相祝贺道喜,大家张灯结彩,饮酒摆宴,庆祝胜利.
　　春节日期在公历上的不固定,并不是由于我国传统历法不科学,而是由于我们祖先的哲学观念与西方人不同.西方哲学强调对立,所以基督教只能选择一神论,其历法就以太阳为唯一依据；中国哲学强调和谐,阴阳调和,才能生生不息,所以我们的历法对太阳与月亮并重.中西两种历法的不同反映了中西两种哲学的不同,这是一个文化选择的问题,一个价值观的问题,而不存在哪一方更科学的问题.由于西方文化的优势地位,他们的历法在世界范围得到普遍使用,为了方便,我国政府在公务活动中采取公历,这是适当的.但是,公历根本无法反映我们的哲学观念,我们传统的节日也根本无法在公历中体现出来.所以,政府也同时颁布夏历,用以安排日常生活.不仅我国如此,东邻韩国也同时实行这两种历法.
