【Abstract】
Along with economic globalization,Chinese enterprises are faced with increasingly fierce competition,which is the core of talent competition,so the status of knowledge workers have become increasingly prominent.Employees in the enterprise,the knowledge-based employees as a result of possession of professional skills,at the mercy of management,the use of other resources enterprise dominant position,therefore also become the object of competition for all enterprises.Also,because of the particularity of knowledge workers,using traditional methods it is difficult to manage.How to attract and retain knowledge workers to cope with intense competition in the enterprise is facing a major challenge before us.To address this issue,this article analyzes the characteristics of knowledge workers; extract the knowledge-based staff wastage factor,and from the perspective of psychological contract breach on the impact of these factors inherent mechanism of the loss of staff and processes; through human resource management functions loss of control of staff made an important method,namely the psychological contract staff to carry out the whole management.Eventually contrast the psychological contract of knowledge-based employees an important role.
