第一个是don not.
I would rather you did是虚拟语气,所以用did,过去时,表虚拟.but you 后面接的是事实,所以与you are free相照应,是填don not.
第二个句子是倒装,句子意思是“任何情况下你都不应该离开房子”,前面已经有了no,你如果用shan`t ,就多了一个否定,双重否定等于肯定,意思就成了“任何情况下你都要离开房子”,句子意思有点奇怪啊~用should还行,不过语气就是说教的,而用 are是命令的.

第一个问题应该是 didn't ,would rather是要用虚拟语气的 是对现在的虚拟~~
第二个问题 首先Under no circumstances 意思是绝不 放在句首要用倒装句式 然后就选are you to leave 呀，因为 前面已经是否定了 是吧？？？
