9.Confidentiality:
Without prejudice to your general obligations implied by law you agree that you will not during or after your employment disclose or make use of or exploit any Confidential Information acquired by you during your employment relating to the Employer,its business or its clients.‘ Confidential information” includes information as to the identity or requirements of customers or clients,the financial affairs of the Employer and the fees charged.These examples are not exclusive or exhaustive.
The Employee must not during his or her employment with the Employer(except with prior written consent )belong to or have any financial or other interest in any business or organization which gives rise or may give rise to a conflict of interest.You must notify the Employer as soon as possible if you become aware that such a conflict exists or may exist or if there is any potential for such a conflict of interest arising.
10 Termination:
10.1 During the first2 years of your employment yu will be entitled to receive one week’s notice to terminate your employment.Thereafter you will be entitled to receive one week’s notice for each year o continuous employment up to a maximum of 12weeks after 12 year’s continuous employment,subject to the provisions of Clause 10.4 below.
10.2 You will be required to give 3 month’s notice of resignation from the outset.
