agree 为一个不及物动词,有搭配sb.agree with sb./sth.
3.It's very difficult for me to go there.
语法上来讲,该句没有什么错误,但要表达做什么事很困难,我们通常用it作形式主语来引导句子.具体要看你用的形容词了,如果把difficult换成happy：I am very happy to go there.的句子表达就没有问题,因为happy表示主语的主观情感.
4.I spend three hours in study/studying every day.
