At the moment, the control of water pollution has graudually turned into city-oriented from industry-oriented so that it has very important realistic significance to develop new technology and process for sewage control which is suitable for our national conditions, efficient, of low consumption, satisfied to emissions requirements and low-cost to construct and operate.
