I haven’t had any feedback on fees or scope of services yet, which I'd like to see before these guys are properly on board. I'd also like to see how we are managing hardware procurement, especially laptops and equipment. Current suppliers are quoting 20 days for lap tops which isn’t realistic, so we need to review. We are also having to wait 30 days for CAD and Revit software which frankly is ridiculous given the time it took to sort it out.
I think it would be a good idea to hold a call to finalize Velocity's appointment and scope plus cover what duties are being handed over from from Chris to Velocity, so I can understand what is going on and who is doing what.
