when we ask teenages about how they usually spend their weedends ,most of them always tell us they often watch TV on weekends.Watching TV takes them a lot of time in their daily life.They will stay in front of the TV for a long time ,they will watch the TV programs instead of doing their homework and playing sports .I do the same thing as most teenages .Today I realize it is not helpul for me to watch TV for long ,instead,going outside to see the fresh world is very necessary for me .I shoud do sports to make me healthy,I should play games with my friends to relax myself ,and I must help my parents do some housework that I can do.I think they are also pretty interesting.Watch TV less,do other good things more!
