已知条件：今年每save 1块钱,明年就会有(1+r)块钱可花,
this year save=xA => available to spend next year=(1+r)*xA
又spend this year=(1-x)*A
可得等式：(1+r)*xA=(1/2)(1-x)*A => x=1/(3r+2)
