打886-756-7346.前面加001.然后按语音提示到user account区域.应该是连按两个1.然后开始等.要有耐心.我听了四遍音乐才有人接.
然后一个亲切的代表会来接听.你跟她说你的问题.她就会跟你核对姓名地址邮箱.然后把临时密码发到你邮箱.你就可以用那个临时密码登录.登录后会立刻让你改密码.不需要回答安全问题了.
改完密码就万事大吉了.一切都恢复正常了.
哦！这种情况我也有。
就是我忘了自己的SAT密码，然后试了好几次，但是collegeboard有次数限制的。一天之内只能试错那么几次。再多了的话就封锁了。
