A planned economy (also known as command economy and centrally planned economy) is an economic system in which the state or government controls the factors of production and makes all decisions about their use and about the distribution of income.
计划经济,或计划经济体制,又称指令型经济,是对生产、资源分配以及产品消费事先进行计划的经济体制.由于几乎所有计划经济体制都依赖与指令性计划,因此计划经济也被称为指令性经济.解决三个基本经济问题的是政府,所谓的三个经济问题是指：生产什么、怎样生产和为谁生产.而其中大部份的资源是由政府所拥有的,并且由政府所指令而分配资源的,不受市场影响.其余的三种经济体系是市场经济体系、传统经济体系和混合经济体系.
A market economy (also called a free market economy,free enterprise economy) is an economic system in which the production and distribution of goods and services takes place through the mechanism of free markets guided by a free price system rather than by the state in a planned economy.
市场经济（又称为自由市场经济或自由企业经济）是一种经济体系,在这种体系下产品和服务的生产及销售完全由自由市场的自由价格机制所引导,而不是像计划经济一般由国家所引导[1] [2].市场经济也被用作资本主义的同义词.
