The article illustrates the design features of the Dali Branch of Guangdong Calligraphy Academy by various points of location, function, fire-Protection, construction and appearances, and the main points were expressed by combining the function, appearance with design intention of the Academy. After analyzing the factors of location, culture background and so on, the relations between the appearance and intention were especially expressed integrating the facts, and also expressed the importance of the function and appearance, even the lines structure. The standpoint of the design was stated finally as graduate, in corresponding with my own thought about the construction.
