很明显应该填个adj，granted不是adj，所以排除。driven作为adj意思不符。
故只剩c和a，given作为形容词有给定的，特定的，指定的。而fixed是固定的，不变的。到底选哪个就得看文章了。
文章大意不难理解，similarly是个标志性词语，这就是说前后句子是一个意思。
前面意思是顾客的心情和我们队朋友行为的反应是一样的，朋友高兴，对我们就会有积极的影响。反之亦然。
operating under a --- mood state修饰consumers。这都好理解。
其实嘛，翻译这东西你要是一个字一个字的翻译难免落入下乘，我觉得翻译的得像是个中国人能写出的东西。operating大可不翻。
也就是说，顾客在啥情绪下容易对刺激做出反应，而这种刺激有一种趋向性，而这种趋向性和情绪一致。（direction作为名词也可以指发展趋势等，consistent with与···一致）
综上，我个人第一感觉就是c挺对，可是我这人做题运气一直不好，所以就应该是given对。
而且看这题也有些难度，想必不会很脑残的选个大众脸词汇fixed。
那么带入之后看看，顾客在特定的情绪下对刺激给出的反应与其情绪相一致。
好像比顾客在固定的情绪下对刺激给出的反应与其情绪相一致更靠谱。
那么最后，我本着对提问者负责的态度百度了下given mood这个词组。发现了······
