“请你方先付总价的30%作为定金.之后每出一批货物,你方先付该批的货款我方才发货；最后一批货时,再使用最初那笔定金,多退少补.”

"pls kindly pay the deposit for 30 PCT and we will deliver our
goods only if your good party pay for us at first .We will use
the deposit for the last goods. if it exceeds the goods payment
we will refund the balance to you ,otherwise ,pls kindly compensating
for the balance."
30% deposit.every shipment will be effected after we receive your payment of the goods.as to the last shipment, you should pay the amount of 30% deposit.Return the overcharge and demand payment of the shortage
