Abstract：[Objective] To investigate into the current situation of College Students' psychological contract of Binzhou Medical University.[Methods] Used questionnaires to Binzhou Medical University,400 students were tested,issuing psychological contract questionnaire (students volume) to investigate.[Results] ①In the self expectation scale,girls in the students' character dimensions were significantly higher than boys; rural students scored significantly higher than the students from the city character,and city students were significantly higher than rural students in learning the skill score; Clinical College Students in the students' character,learning style and learning skills dimension with the psychological,imaging there was a significant difference in students; ②In the teachers' expectation scale,girls in the teaching mode,teaching idea score significantly higher than boys; rural students in teaching students scored significantly higher than the city; Freshman in teacher quality was significantly lower than that of other three grades; Clinical College Students in Teachers' expectation on the 4 dimensions are significantly lower than those of psychology and image students.[Conclusion]①Girls about their expectations and expectations of teachers is higher than boys.②Rural students are more disciplined and focus on the teacher's teaching methods,urban students are more concerned about their study techniques.③Students about their expectations from freshman year to senior year without too big change,expect in decrease of teachers.④Clinical professional students are more focused on their own learning methods and learning skills,the other two students are more concerned about their own character and the situation of the teachers.But three professional are more concerned about their learning concept.
