其实总体来说是两个词可以通用的.nutrition是名词,nutrient名词形容词都有
名词和形容词也都可以修饰名词,意思也没什么区别的.
但要是一定要区分的话,形容词修饰可以理解成“有营养的食物”,重点在食物；名词修饰可以理解成“营养食品”,感觉更偏重于营养多一点.
这两个词可以看一下词典的解释
nutrition

the science that deals with the effects of food,vitamins etc on people's health
这个词有两个解释,主要侧重点是process作用和science营养学
nutrient
