We would like to enquire of you about the arrangement for settlement of goods payment. We hope that you will arrange for settlement of payment about 3 to 4 working days prior to our delivery date because it normally takes about 4 days for the payment to be credited into our account. According to our company's policy, we are unable to arrange for delivery of goods unless the payment has to be credited into our company's account. Hence, we sincerely hope that the delivery of goods would not be delayed as a result in a delay of goods payment. We are most grateful for your kind understanding and cooperation.

Could you kindly advise the arrangement of the payment ? I hope you arrange it 3-4 days before the delivery time .Because it would take about 4 days to transfer the money from your account to ours .As per the regulations of our company ,it's prohibited to deliver the goods before getting your payment . So i don't want to see the delivery time delayed just because of your late payment .

I hope you are aware of this: according to the regulations in my company, goods should be delivered after fees received. Also, it takes 3 to 4 work days to translate the fees from your account to ous. I do not want delivery delayed because of the late fees. So I think it might be a good idea to pay the fees 4 work days in advance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

As we needs about 4 days to transfer the loan from your accountment, i do hope you could arrange the loan 3-4 days ahead of the delivery date . we aren't able to deliver before the loan arrive our accountment according to our company's regulation. it will be a pity if we delay the delivery date for the delayed loan.
