Gandhi was not so clever when he was a child and his studies were not very good from primary school to middle school. But he was not naughty at all, instead, he was such an honest and shy kid. One day, a supervisor came to his school to test the English level of the students and he made a dictaton of 5 English words, Gandhi got 4 words right and the only one he could not spell was "teapot". When Gandhi was cracking his mind to think of this word, the teacher passed by and kicked the foot of his chair telling him to peek at others' answers. But Gandhi kept his head down instead of stealing the answer from others. In the end, everyone got the full mark, only Gandhi got 80. After the supervisor left, the teacher asked Gandhi to come and said to him "You're such a silly boy, it didn't matter if you had cheated just for once. If you got the full mark too, we all would be praised." Anyway Gandhi insisted in the fact that what he did was right and it was wrong to cheat during a test.
