I used the 3d models made by other people (there are no texture pictures for these models), and I posted some new texture pictures for them. I also used different angles from original authors in 3dmax to take these pictures. Does the copyright of these new pictures belongs to me? Is there any copyright violation for doing so?

If I do as claimed above,should it be judged as copyright infringement?
