错误一：The dormitory need to be added a tv
实意动词need有两种用法：
行为者需要做某事：need to do sth.(要跟不定式的主动语态)
行为对象需要被做了：
1.need doing （跟动名词,其主语是动名词的逻辑宾语）
2.need to be done (跟不定式的被动语态,其主语是不定式的逻辑宾语)

错误三：which will be played back programs
明显是个定语从句,关系词 which 指代 TV,“电视将被播放”恐怕说不通吧!播放的应该是电视节目.所以应改为 on which programs will be played back
错误四：on leisure time
介词 on 只用在表示具体的日子上,如：on Sunday,on Sep.27,on that morning,但不能用于表示时刻,这里需要改为：at leisure time.顺便提一句,on time 到使用了on,但那已经不是具体时刻了,而是表示准时.
