Explore the storage time, temperature of UF - 1000i urine dreg analyzer affect the result. Methods: to return a random urine specimen, 52 ℃ respectively in 2-8 at room temperature preservation, and in < 30min, 1h, 2h, 4h, 24h ordinal detection, ,statistical group results differences. The results appear significant difference between each index of time is respectively: 2-8 ℃, the RBC's (4h), the WBC (8h), EC (24h), BACT (2h); At ambient temperature, 24h), RBC (WBC (1h), EC .BACT (2h ),. Conclusion using UF - 1000i analyzed urine dreg analyzer, when the specimens deposited at the best in testing, refrigeration were analyzed in 2h specimens without affecting results within the veracity and reliability.
