I opened it and drunk up it.还是I opened it and drinking up it.比较好?

and 是并列连词应该并列两个平行结构
所以你的句子 and后并列的是谓语即与 make a decision并列
所以应该在and 后面加are
即 Once you make a decision and are willing to endeavor for it,the universe conspires to make it happen.
同样我打开了这瓶酒并且喝光了它应该是I opened it and drank it up .

I opened it and drank it up.
...and are willing to .... (You ... are willing to do something.)

喝光了是过去式，不能用drinking up。and相当于“然后”
