Hello everyone,recently the Mininistry of Education put forward a program which named a national student sports program.It suggests us should do one hours exercise each day and it things we will be healthly in later 50 years.Besides,those will make us living happy in we all life.
In my view.It is very necessary to us students to do this.For the hard school life and many examinations are always making us fell tired.What accounting to our bad health is also we don't spend enough time to do exeercise.SO,can we observe the program ,we would benefit much from it .Not only it is good for our body ,but also our study .don't hesitate,just do it now!
