一个企业以计件算工资,但是公司仍然保证员工最低工资是75%的计时工资,每小时19刀,一个工作日8小时.公司规定制作一件产品的标准时间是3分钟,计件工资是每个标准小时18刀.如果一个员工在一个8小时工作日生产200件产品,该员工应拿多少工资?
就是公司规定了一个最低工资=75%*19*8=114刀
如果员工以计件工资算,工资高于114,就按计件工资来算,如题目中的200件*3/60*18=180刀；
如果员工计算出的工资低于114,就按114刀计算工资.
应该是这样~
