A college student should be motivated and creative,able to respond dynamically and effectively to new environments and challenges,and possessing a firm grasp of the business world and the particular objectives of the company for which he or she wishes to work.They should be positive and outgoing in character,yet able to work effectively with others.They should have an excellent academic background,but must also be able to react to apply their knowledge in the real world.Above all they should be passionate about their chosen career and their employer,demonstrating ambition and the ability to work individually and as a good team player.Finally,they must believe in themselves,and be able to inspire that belief in others.
