MEMO - From next month employees who use your company car park will need a parking permit
It has brought to our attention that many company staff were unable to find a car park when they drove to the office.We had found out that some non-company employees had occupied some of our car-parks leaving insufficient number for our own staff.So the management has decided that any employee who want to park his/her car in the company car-park will need a parking with effect from next month.Those cars without a valid permit will not be allowed to enter the company car-park.You can find the permit application form (valid for one year) from the intranet or through your department's secretary.The application deadline will be the end of this month.
