significance:the significance of advocating fitness of the nation is very profound and lasting.just look back our history ,we are looked down upon before the birth of new China because of our poor health.therefore the implementation of public fitness programs marks that chinese has been strong from this time on if the establishment of the new China marks that the chinese people have stood up.
How to:from my perspective,we should increase the public's awareness of exercising first of all.then we should provide this kind of opportunties to exercise .for instance ,we can build new sports facilities and organise prat-time or professional training classes.
