Analyzing everything has helped me a great deal as well. For example, when I'm talking to someone on the phone and I hang up, I still hear their voice in my head. The reason why is simple. It's not because the person is still talking to me. It's because my brain has been processing the sound of that persons voice for so long, that when we are done talking, my Schizophrenic brain continues to remember the sound of that persons voice and my brain continues to process the sound as if it was still hearing it. Its a hallucination.
