资金归集就是将集团企业下属公司指定帐户上的资金归集到总公司指定的帐户中去。集团公司对下属公司指定帐户确定一个额度，超过这个额度的资金就由银行系统在日终自动上划到总公司指定的现金管理帐户中去。资金归集的形式可以分为实时归集和批量归集。实时归集，即企业收到款项后实时归集到资金归集关系的最高帐户，在支付时先将归集资金从最高帐户归集到实际发生支付的帐户，然后再由支付帐户实际对外支付。批量归集，即日终批量处理时，系统按照设定资金归集关系、留存限额、归集方向自动将资金归集到最高帐户或从最高级归集到下属企业帐户。
