矿化作用是在土壤微生物作用下 ,土壤中有机态化合物转化为无机态化合物过程的总称.矿化作用在自然界的碳 、氮、磷和硫等元素的生物循环中十分重要.矿化作用的强度与土壤理化性质有关,还受被矿化的有机化合物中有关元素含量比例的影响.土壤中复杂含氮有机物质在土壤微生物的作用下,经氨基化作用逐步分解为简单有机态氨基化合物,再经氨化作用转化成氨和其他较简单的中间产物.氨化作用释出的氨大部分与有机或无机酸结合成铵盐,或被植物吸收,或在微生物作用下氧化成硝酸盐.土壤中部分有机态磷以核酸、植素和磷脂形式存在,在微生物的作用下分解为能被植物吸收的无机态磷化合物.
而降解的所指就很广了,物理化学都可以用到,还是要注意使用的范围才是~!
