第一行写上几月几日、星期几、天气；第二行中间写上周记的题目；第三行的右边写上孩子的名字；第四行开始是周记的内容.

周记的固定格式:开头写日期(年、月、周次)、天气情况,然后是所记内容,周记大部分都添加了标题
周记：用文字记载一周（一个星期）来自己的思想、学习、生活情况进行的每周一次文字记录.
