building with many rooms 和 package with one book 都是短语呀,如果用has 或者owns的话就变成句子了,一个简单句肯定是由主语,谓语动词,宾语构成的（除了祈使句和感叹句之外）,而短语里面就不能包含动词,像这样的短语可以做宾语、定语、同位语等等,如果它本身就带有动词了那让句子里面的谓语动词情何以堪啊.有一个办法解决,那就是把简单句化成从句来说,那就可以包含2个甚至更多动词.从句需要用连接词,比如that,which,when什么的,看具体句子内容和语境,用法就复杂了,有时候连接词可以省略,有时候不可以省略.
with表伴随，意为带有，里面有等等。
若要用has或owns则应该在前面加that或其它合适的关系词做building,package的形式主语。如果不加关系词就缺少主语。
