第一题,一般情况下something 用于肯定句所以排除A；anything用于否定和疑问,但是根据口语习惯,会说Anything else?类似这样的开头,所以排除C；同样的anybody口语会说Anybody home?不会多说is there,或者说Is anybody there?要根据语境和口语习惯来选,最后排除法就选了B.
第二题,any和same修饰不可数名次water,any用在疑问和否定句中,所以选B.

当提问的人想得到对方肯定回答的时候不用any 而用some
