.In every year the end of June,it is the beginning of my precious summer holiday.Last summer,I had a great holiday.Firstly,I spent only a week to finish all my summer homework.Then I have still almost two months to do anything I wanted.Actually,I really did what I wanted to do in last summer.I traveled to Beijing with my best friend for 2 weeks.We were so happy and the trip was just perfect.In the rest of my holiday,I did not do anything even related to study.Everything is all about games.However,I will not have a chance to spend my summer holiday like the last one.There is much more homework that I have to use probably three quarters of my holiday to finish it.If there is not so much homework,I might have my ideal summer holiday in this year.My ideal holiday is that go to the beaches in México with my family.For about a whole month we can completely relax in the beautiful beach.In the morning,after the delicious México style breakfast,we can walk along the beach while enjoy the beautiful morning sunshine.In the afternoon,we can have the freshest seafood for lunch.After lunch,take a nap in the sunshade would be the best thing to do.At dusk,there is the most gorgeous sunset on the sea...I love the beach,I love summer holiday.

As my mid term exams were nearing to an end, I was totally in dark thinking over how I will spend my then upcoming summer holidays. I was supposed to spend my holidays in Qatar while my friends- enjoying their summer in camps and treks. Qatar being a small piece of land with scorching sun and hell hot sands, I thought for sure me holidays were going to be a big time bore.
As I sat cursing my fate, a piece of paper lying among my files on my table, caught my eye… with a bit of interest I took the paper and found that it was an essay I had written about thinking positively. I read it as I had nothing else to do and I found out that every moment of our life is sweet. It’s just that we are too blind to see it as we always look at the thing through a bad eye.
When I read it, it was like as if the essay was written just for me. Or maybe it was how I felt then. I was so touched by that piece of essay that I took an important decision which totally changed my vacation. I decided to use my time wisely and to enjoy my holidays.
After a lot of online research I made a proper to-do-during-holidays checklist. It included learning computer programming ( html), learn cartooning, exercise daily , learn needlework, learn how to make chocolate cakes and by heart Qur’an as much as I can.
At first I found it really hard to follow my list as whenever I sit for learning these stuffs, I use to think “Just look at you, learning during your vacations, you are such a loser”. But with a lot of determination I learned html and through an online course even designed a website and I bought some books related to cartooning and practiced it. With my mom as the tutor I learned the basics of needlework and I made myself a time table and learned a few chapters in Qur’an. But the thing I enjoyed the most was learning to make chocolate cakes as it took whole of my summer holiday s to learn how to make one perfectly. The first cake I made was as hard as a biscuit and the second one as sour as butter. And the third one was as bad as rotten egg if you have ever tasted one. It took me a lot of hard work and self motivation to learn to make a perfect one as at first it was very discouraging as however hard I tried to make a cake there was some mistake or the other. After a lot of trials and errors, I made the SWEETEST, YUMMIEST, delicious CHOCLATE CAKE ever to be made in the universe.
Oh my, that was my best vacation ever.

My summer holiday is coming soon. My family are going to Beijing, the capital of China. There are many places of interest. For example, the Great Wall is one of the most famous places in the world. And we are going to visit other famous places, like the Palace Museum, the Summer Palace and so on. Now I am going over my English and study English harder and harder.
