attitude towards sth.= attitude to sth.意思是对待某事的态度……

时间+ago 是过去时态的标志词,because of 是一个介词短语,后面不能给一个完整的句子,如果要用一个完整的句子应该用because来表示原因或者用since或as都可以.
1。take responsibility for 对...负责
2。现在完成时是绝对不可以用ago的。而且这件事发生在禁止通行之前，过去的过去，要用过去完成时额（我觉得）。because of后面是加名词啊名词。
