1.有趣的包饺子
Dumpling is a traditional Chinese food. On the lunar New Year' s Day, mostfamilies make a lot of delicious dumplings. To make them, follow this easyprocess.
The first step is to mix the flour with water. When thedough is ready, we can begin to make dumpling wrappers. We use a rolling poleto roll the dough into small, thin and round pieces so that they will be easyto cook. When the wrappers are done, it' s time to prepare the filling.Usually, we use meat such as beef or mutton, and some vegetables such ascabbage or carrots for filling. You may actually choose whatever you like toput into it. We must chop those things into small pieces. Then put some salt,oil and other condiments into it and stir it evenly. When all thesepreparations are done, we can start making dumplings. First put a spoonful offilling in the center of the wrapper. Then stick the two opposite sidestogether and then the rest. Don' t just cover the filling with the wrappers.The best shape of dumplings is that of a ship, because when they are boiling inthe pan, they look like ships sailing in the sea. The smell can make your mouthwater.

I always feel tired after eight classes a day, so my dream school startsat 8:30 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m. There are three lessons in the morning andtwo in the afternoon. We can choose our favorite lessons to learn. We can spendmore time doing some outside reading. The students do after-school activitiesfor one and a half hours every day. We needn’t do a lot of homework. We are allhappy to stay at school.
Besides that, my dream school looks like a big garden.There are many kinds of flowers around the modern buildings. Sweet perfumes arediffused all around. If I want to have a rest, I can lie on the grass, listento music by the lake or look out at the flowers from the classroom windows.
The teachers here are kind and helpful. They are not onlyour teachers but also our good friends. The students are polite and friendly.We all know how to keep our school clean and tidy. There is no litter aroundthe campus.
I love my dream school. We will grow up to be happierthere.

Of all thesubjects, I like Chinese best because I have a good Chinese teacher. Though shehas been teaching us for only three years, I respect and love her very much.
My Chinese teacheris thirty-six years old and she is neither tall nor short.
Ms Sun works veryhard. She is always the first to come and the last to leave her office. Shetries to make her classes lively and interesting. And we enjoy her lessons verymuch.
Ms Sun is very kindand friendly to us. And we’re getting on well with each other. But she is verystrict with us in our studies.
Ms Sun teaches usso well that we all enjoy learning Chinese. All the students think she is oneof the most popular teachers in our school.

7.Spring Festival
Chinese Lunar NewYear,or Spring Festival falls on January 1st according to the lunarcalendar,usually around the late January or early February.As the start ofspring as well as a new year,it is the most important celebration of the year.
Each family get reunitedduring the New Year.On the Eve,there is a big dinner for the family when eachmember return to get together.
The biggest NewYear's party is held on CCTV.Hundreds of people gather there,meanwhile millionsof others all over the country were sitting in front of the screen to watchexcellent performances for more than four hours continuously.
The bell striketwelve at midnight to welcome the coming of the New Year or Spring.People startto set off firecraks and say "Happy New Year" to each other.

Last Monday,we hada school meeting and our headmaster spoke highly of a kind boy,whose name isLiHua.The boy is a Junior high school student.we all respect him very muchbecause of his kindness.
One day, LiHua wentto school by bus as usual. when he was ready to get on the bus,he saw a thiefstealing a woman's wallet,and there is a knife in his hand. LiHua was afraidthat the thief would hurt other people on the bus. Suddenly, a good idea cameto his mind. He walked to the woman and said" Mum,I want to use yourmobilphone''. Soon, the woman realized what happened and replied,"ok, Iwill give it to you". The driver noticed the thief. He drived the bus tothe police station. At last, the thief was under control. Later, the woman senta letter to our school to express her thanks to Li Hua.
Though I am asenior high school student, I cant do as well as LiHua. His kindness touchedme,including all of you. As we all know, a kind heart is important foreveryone. Kindness can make the world more beautiful and more lovable. In otherwords, if the world is a cup,kindness is like cofee, which makes the worldmeaningful.

Everybody has abest friend that they can share everything with.I also have a best friend.Wemet in school,and we're in the same grade.
My best friend is a good student because he is very hardworking.I learn alot from him.He helps me with math;I help him with English.We always help eachother.besides that,he's honest and reliable.I trust him completely and we sharesecrets all the time.
My best friend is also loyal and brave.Once when a bully teased me,he cameto my rescue right away.He always remembers my birthday and he is fun to bewith.He tells funny jokes and stories.He always makes me laugh.Finally,he is avery good listener and he knows how to cheer me up when I'm down.

2. My school life
My school life is busy and interesting. We usually have four classes in the morning and three in the afternoon. Class begins at eight in the morning and one thirty in the afternoon. We have ten minutes rest between two classes. I often have my lunch at school. After school I have after-school activities. I like playing basketball very much so I often play basketball for about an hour with my friends. In spring and autumn we have sports meeting and sometimes we have other activities, such as English compation. My school life is so fantastic that I like it very much.
3. How to learn English well
I was weak in English before but now I am good at it. I think if we have good ways of learning English and work hard, we will make great progress. Such as listening to the teacher carefully and take notes, re viewing what is learned regularly and doing our homework carefully, listening to tape and repeating after the tape, watching English films and TV programmes,reading English stories and newspapers and so on. Thirdly, learning English takes time so we should spend as much time as we can on English. "No pains, no gains". If we work hard, I am sure we will learn English
