see sb doing sth 现在分词作宾补 译为看见某人正在做某事 这里是说刚才看见他正在看足球赛
如果用c选项的原形,就是看见他看球赛的全过程或者他经常看球赛
b,过去进行时态
答案就是楼上的吧。see sb do/doing sth，这是固定用法，do表示短暂性动作，doing表示持续性动作，时态只体现在see的变化上，与do无关
