being done这种结构存在，作主语或宾语都可以，指“被......”这件事。
We were shocked at his being murdered in the public.

Being cheated by girls is common for him.
对他来说，被女孩子欺骗是很稀松平常的事情。
（这两种情况下，being都不可以省略或换成to be）
回答问题二：
非谓语动词在语法上是可以省略的，但含义上会有变化。
根据实际表达的需要，可以用到多个非谓语动词。
They stayed at home all the weekend, watching TV and cheering for their national team.
他们整个周末都呆在家里，看着电视，为自己的国家队欢呼。(watching和cheering都是非谓语动词)
