opposite to 这个介词短语语境很狭隘的：1 形容方向相反,位置相对.2 形容事物的属性相反,观点或行为对立.这里opppsite 是形容词 相反的 相对立的

因为opposite with sb. 是固定搭配，而不是opposite to. opposite to 后面接sth.
答案确实是A。
opposite to这个搭配表示“与……相对，相反”，往往是“位置或观点等”的相对相反。用在这儿不合适。应该改成Unlike为好。
