VM现在的状态还在TR5状态,去年因F3000 drift的问题很长时间未能正常生产,今年更换F4000已通过客户的验证,总共返修43PCS和正常生产10PCS.
附件是正常生产的10PCS产品的质量总结报告.据NPI和ME沟通,该产品即使转产后也将继续在NPI线上生产,由NPI继续跟进.
转产问题点：
1.FMEA还是旧版本,未按HK的新要求完成.
2.其它质量问题请参考附件.

The present status of VM is still in TR5. Production was halted for a long time last year because of F3000 drift. This year we replaced it with F4000 and it has passed customer verification. There's a total of 43 pcs of rework and 10 pcs of normal production.
The attached is a quality summary report for the 10 pcs of normal production. As per my communication with NPI, the product will continue to be produced on NPI's line even if the production line is changed, and NPI will follow it up.
Points to consider for production line change:
1. FMEA version is old, and it hasn't been finished according to HK's new requirements.
2. Other quality problems please find the attached.
