广东是我国最大的对外出口省份,珠三角地区是广东经济发展的主体.中小企业在珠三角地区的经济发展中占据着重要的地位,其生产的产品主要出口到美国、欧盟、日本等发达国家.2008年金融危机后,国际市场需求减少,我国CPI指数持续走高,物价持续上涨,通货膨胀严重.为此我国政府采取紧缩的货币政策,自2010年以来多次上调存贷款准备金率,使银根紧缩.面对国外市场受到冲击,宏观环境恶化等诸多不利因素,珠三角地区中小企业对融资的需求变得更为迫切.但是由于自身条件的不足和宏观环境的影响,珠三角地区中小企业融资面临着许多困难.
本文通过对珠三角地区中小企业融资现状进行分析,并从企业内部和外部因素分析融资困难的原因,提出改善珠三角地区中小企业融资现状的建议.

Guangdong is the largest export region of our country.Pearl River Delta is the main body of the economic development of Guangdong.Small and medium enterprises plays an important role in the economic development of Pearl River Delta.Their products mainly exports to developed countries like the USA, EU and Japan etc.After the Financial crisis in 2008, the demand of the national markets declined.The CPI rating of our country remained high. The commodity price constantly increased.The inflation expanded seriously.Due to these factors, our government accepted the policy of tightening the currency. Since 2010, lots of deposits and loans reseving ratio increase led to the money cutting back. Facing to some unfavourable factors like the shock of the foreign market , deterioration of the macroeconomic environment etc, the Pearl River Delta's small and medium enterprises demands of financing turnt to be more urgent. However, since the impacts of the lack of our own conditions and the macroeconomic environment, the Pearl River Delta's small and medium enterprises came across a lot of difficulties.
This passage analyzes through the current situation of the Pearl River Delta's small and medium enterprises, and found out the reasons of the difficulties of financing through the factors of internal enterprise and the external factors. Finally give some suggestions on improving the current situation of the small and medium enterprises in the Pearl River Delta.
