这虚拟语气,有两种形式,第一,should+动词原形；第二,直接用过去时.
be able to..指主观上有这种能力,是以C为最佳答案.
这句话这么理你本来应该已经学会了,而你却仍然没有学会”.而后一句,意思是说,这个时候,你早就能够管理自己的时间了.强调现实与设想的反差（要是你读大学的时候学会了...,你现在就能够管理自己的时间了）.
