Is the disaster all due to the nature or the guy who bring about?The answer is definitely not.If the preventive works is great enough,there can’t be such severe loss.If there is no water and soil loss ,there can’t be mudslide,if there is better fire-safety works,there can’t be fire disaster.If we treasure life much more to the profit,the miners will not buried under the ground .After all ,the above are because the lack of responsibility.Responsibility can be inspired by the law and rules,it can’t change much if it is only the effort of individuals.But at least we can do something to influent the people around to let them build up their sense of responsibility.You will get moved when the shopkeeper kept your stuff and returned it to you,or when the youth give their seats to the old people.After that ,you will treat the other people in this way too.So,begin with yourself,don’t blame around.And make the irresponsible people shame about themselves.That will form a great social morality.And that is also the way that we common people’s way to deal with problem .
