先看一个例句：If you don't go,neither shall I.你不去,我也不去.
然后,我认为题目应该是这样的
A：I do not want to go to the party,
B：If you do not go,neither shall I.
这样一来就非常清楚了.因为,在状语从句里面,从句用一般现在时,主句用一般将来时.也就是我们所说的,主将从现.所以有shall.如果是第二、第三人称,则用 neither will I.
我想楼主错的原因,也许是把此句 误当成一个反义疑问句了.亦或者,没弄清主将从现.
这种题型,还蛮多的.要注意.

用neither do i 在语法上没有错，但在句意上不如用shall恰当，因为shall是情态助动词，表将来，如果你不去的话，我也（将）不会去。

因为你在开头已经用了 DO 所以用 shall
