常州锡剧在常州市小学音乐教学中传承情况的调查与研究
摘要:中国传统戏剧浸润着中华民族几千年来悠久历史的文化精髓.也是中华民族的道德支点.然而随着现代经济文化的不断发展变迁,越来越多的西方音乐形式进入了中国并占据了音乐主流市场.中国传统戏剧面临着日益加剧的生存危机.常州锡剧作为一个地方剧种,在不断涌入的外来文化大潮冲击下,生存环境更为恶劣.为了了解常州锡剧在常州市小学音乐教学中传承的情况,笔者随机抽调了四所学校作为代表,分别是两所市属小学A和B还有两所区属小学C和D,运用观察法、访谈法、问卷调查法、文献法等研究方法,对常州市小学音乐教学中对常州锡剧传承现状进行了考察和剖析.笔者通过研究发现,近几年常州市相当一部分小学都开展过关于宣传常州锡剧的活动及培训,但是由于重视力度不够,学校开展制度不完善,教师专业素养不全面等多方原因,使得常州锡剧在小学音乐教学中传承的脚步步履维艰.在此基础上,笔者提出了动员社会力量,健全学校开展培训的机制,提高教师专业素养,处理好三个关系等对策与建议.
