Dear Colleagues,
As 2014 comes to a close,I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for the hard work that you have put in for 2014.
2014 has been an extraordinary year.Our financial performance thus far has been good.I expect that we will end the year in a strong position.Equally important,we now have a much simpler organization structure that will allow us to be nimble and to move fast.The market place is changing fast and it is thus important that CapitaLand can move quickly in response to the changes in the marketplace.While we have started various initiatives to be more innovative and creative,we must also not forget the many colleagues who are working on many of our operating malls,serviced apartments,Raffles city projects or the many who are toiling on the 50 projects under development that will be completed in the next 3 to 4 years.Many of them are probably still working now as this is usually the peak season for our malls and serviced apartments.
So thank you once again for your contributions!
