管理会计与财务会计两者源于同一母体,都属于现代企业会计,共同构成了现代企业会计系统的有机整体,两者相互依存,相互制约,相互补充,但两者却不能混为一谈,明确两者的关系才能更好的使其为企业经营活动提供服务.本文着重阐述了两者的区别与相同点,以期能够更好的理顺它们的关系,在企业经营活动中发挥其作用.
